Vacation Rental Photography

  Our pricing for short term rental property photography is based on the nightly rental rate of your property during peak season. Please select the appropriate package based on your nightly rental rate. Shooting a vacation rental is very different from standard real estate photography. Short-term rental properties have a unique look and feel, and the uniqueness must be portrayed in the photos. People are looking for substance and personality. If you have a certain vibe you would like to have portrayed in photography, I can add certain photo filters while editing to help achieve this look. If you have a an example photo you would like to share that can help assist in achieving this particular look, please do send my way prior to the shoot.

* Prices for add on services are as follows:

- Matterport 360 Virtual Dollhouse Tour is based on Square Footage of the home. An annual fee will be charged at 50% of the original cost for that years annual hosting. 
- Drone stills 4-5 + $100

A minimum of 35 beautiful images (for larger homes 1600SF and above) of your vacation rental. This gives your potential client the full feel of your space prior to booking. This package also includes detail shots (close up Images) of little moments that make your home unique and special.
